why is my son allucinating

My son is ADHD, and he is taking 30mg of Focalin everyday in the Morning, but lately he has been behaving very bad in school, and today the counselor called me telling me that he was acting as a cartoon Figure and that he just wouldn't respond to him appropriately, and that it really concerned them…
