need advice on adderall

Im a 40 yr old male who has ADD,and ADHD from what the doctor keeps...

need some advice please

if your on adderall or ever had it prescribed what do they normally presribe of the 30 mg tablets . my guess would be 4 daily due to my size im 245lb and im 5:8  i was on ritalin 20 mg 4 times a day but it didnt seem to work for me i hope this adderall 30 mg will,,

Hi Rob,

 

Thank you for your question. Every person is different, so there is no one dose that is normally prescribed. I have a friend about your size who takes Adderall 30 mg tablets, one tablet twice a day, and that works well for him. Your doctor has probably converted the Ritalin to a comparable dose of Adderall to start you with, and it will be adjusted according to how it works for you.
