It is possible you are feeling sleepy as the medication wears off. Adderall normally lasts between 4 and 6 hours, depending on how quickly or slowly someone metabolizes the medication.
There are extended release medications available that may help to relieve the sleepiness. You can talk with your doctor about that the next time you have an appointment.
