i need serious help with my adhd
i need serious help with my adhd i have no insurane and feel like its taking over my life i have i lost my job and am now going thru a divorce over this my husband says its to hard living with me bacause of my adhd i have been off medicine for about 7 years. i took th eonline test to see what i would score i got a 104 not sure what it means but maybe it can help someone to help me
I HAVE A SON WHO HAS ADHD AND IS NOW AN ADULT , HE CANNOT HOLD A JOB AND GETS VERY FRUSTATED VERY EASILY AND UPSET , TE FAMILY DOES TRY TO SUPPORT HIM THE BEST WE CAN BUT IT VERY FRUSTATING FOR US , FIRST OFF WHEN HE WAS IN SCHOOL THE SCHOOL DID NOT HELP HIM THEY JUST PASSED HIM ON WEATHER HE COULD DO THE WORK OR NOT , WE NEVER HAD ANY HELP FROM THE SCHOOL, HE WAS TAKEN MEDICATION BUT STOPPED IT BECAUSES HE FELT HE DID NOT NEED THE MEDICINE , HE IS WITH A GIRL WHO WE ALL LIKE BUT HE IS CONSTANTLY PICKING FIGHTS WITH HER , AND GETTING UP SET , HE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THAT A RELATION SHIP TAKES PATIENSTS AND TIME , MY SON IS VERY LOVING BUT GETS FURSTATED VERY EASILY . PLEASE ANY ADVICE THAT CAN BE GIVEN PLEASE NEED HELP TO HELP MY SON.

Mamma3, Did anyone ever answer you? Did you get any help? I am in a similar boat. My ADD is taking over my life in a textbook fashion and I need help to get a hold of it. I also lack insurace. I don't see any respnses. Did you hear anything?

It sounds like more than just adhd has he been checked for bi polar of ptsd(post tramatic shock disorder) look these up online and look at the different things that are covered in that illness. Also adhd is covered under Social Security maybe that could help take care of him.
