Q: is there anything i can do at home to help my 3 year old son with his adhd

I was needing to know is there was anything I could do at home to help my 3 yr. old with his adhd. just to maybe help a little..i was thinking about making a rewards chart..

just needed some more ideas..

Stating that a behavior is inappropriate and then moving on to something positive is really good. The more you can praise them the more willing they become to please. Also, pictures help. For example, a chart about cleaning up or brushing your teeth. I also find that children with ADHD can be very smart and need challenges. Fifteen minutes at a time doing preschool activities will help him prepare for kindergarten. Number one is a solid routine!!!!!!!!!! If you deviate from a routine you must prepare them for the changes.
