Is there an online tracking system that can help me effectively note side effects and behaviors of my child while on ADHD medication?

Thank you for your question. There are a number of sites that offer printable medication tracking forms but I am not aware of any that will allow you to keep the information online.

We have a means to track the effects of medication. This information is then shared with your physician so that you can make sure that you are using the correct medication, dosage, etc. Let me know if I can help
