Hi Todd,
Thank you for your question. The manufacturer reports that about 70% of a single dose is cleared from the body within 24 hours (meaning that after 24 hours, if you haven't taken another dose, you'll have 30% of the original dose left in your system).
Although rare, seizures are a side effect of Adderall. If you or someone you know is experiencing seizures while taking Adderall, it is important to contact the prescriber and make them aware of the situation. This is a serious side effect and should be reported immediately.
