Hi Todd, Thank you for your question. The manufacturer reports that about 70% of a single dose is cleared from the body within 24 hours (meaning that after 24 hours, if you haven't taken another dose, you'll have 30% of the original dose left in your system). Although rare, seizures are a side effect of Adderall. If you or someone you know is experiencing seizures while taking Adderall, it is important to contact the prescriber and make them aware of the situation.
