Adderrall is only available with a written prescription. That means that a doctor must hand you the prescription and you must give it to the store. As far as I am aware, a doctor cannot call in a prescription for Adderall.
Are you looking for a different doctor, one that is willling to prescribe Adderall to you or are you looking for a pharmacy to fill a prescription?
I would suggest talking with your doctor about your concerns. You might want to keep a daily log, keeping track of your ADHD symptoms and share this information with your doctor.
