Hi Tired, Thank you for your question! I'm not familiar with these side effects occuring in either of these medications. When I looked it up, the only psychiatric side effects listed for Concerta were anxiety, aggressive behavior and hallucinations. I would strongly recommend that you speak with your doctor about what you're experiencing. Every medications works slightly differently in each person. It may be that your body just can't tolerate the extended release products. Either way, I hope everything works out for you! Best of luck, Casey
