We live in the Upstate New York area and our son, 13 and in 8th grade was just diagnosed with ADHD.

We just met with the school district to see how they could help educationally. Part of his issue is with his memory. Although we knew that we would probably not be able to get him classified as in need of special ed, his average in school last year was an 86, we believed that we would be able to…
