I am not a medical professional and would not be able to give you medical advice. Only a doctor can diagnose ADHD. Some doctors prefer waiting until a child is a little older to diagnose ADHD because many of the symptoms of ADHD can mimic the "terrible twos" and because the diagnostic criteria specifically states that symptoms must be present in two environments. If your daughter does not attend day care, it would be harder to diagnose because she is only in one environment.
The best place to start, however, would be with your pediatrician. Set up an appointment to discuss your concerns.
