Q: Can I take Neurontin for nerve pain when I'm already taking Lamictal for bipolar disease?

This is a really good question to ask your doctor or pharmacist.
In the meantime here is our information about Lamictal medication drug interactions.
Here is information about both medications from the National Alliance on Mental Illness or NAMI.
On this drug site there were no known drug interactions cited between these two medications.
