What is the "normal" dose of strattera for children? I have a son who will be 7 this month and he's taking 25 mgs. He started at 10, then 18, now 25. His ADHD is barely under control with 25 but his pupils are ALWAYS so large (I understand that's a side effect of the stimulant medication) and I worry about his heart-health and so on. We monitor his diet and have a pretty strict schedule at home for bedtime etc, and that helps, but even with all that (and the strattera) he is still SUCH a handful.
Any info or advice would be much appreciated.
