I have a 9 year old son who was on Concerta 54mg for a year and just last week was increase to 72 mg because he went through a growth spurt. I am not a doctor, but I would say that if my son who weighs 88 pounds is on 54mg and outgrew it, then I would definitely say that you should be on something alot stronger (but I'm not a dr.). Have you considered seeing someone else? That would be the first route to take. Good luck!Smile
