what kind of sports do kids play with adhd

Thanks for your question.

 

Kids with ADHD play all different sports. Since ADHD is unique in each child, what activities they are best in would depend on the individual. Some parents find that team sports, such as basketball, are good because they provide structure and activity.

 

Other parents find that individual sports, such as swimming or martial arts are better for their child.

 

It really pays to figure out the child's strengths and interests and then decide on activities that will play to both of those.
