55y/o female add/ probably dyslexia/ struggling with typing and computer skills
Are there any classes or workshops that can help adults with add/dyslexia learn computer skills/typing. Diagnosed wih addd 4 yrs ago and pretty sure I have a learning disability that was never diagnosed. I am in a new job that requires many e-mails and electonic medical records documentation thru out the day. Please help! this has been a slow painful process
and my speed is still pretty slow.

I have a few ideas that might be helpful to you. First, contact your local community colleges and business schools to see if they have basic computer and typing classes. Find out what is available in your area. Once you find possible classes, contact the schools' disability offices to discuss your ADHD and possible learning disability. They would have to offer you various types of support in order for you to successfully take the classes.
Another option is to check out adult education through your local community education services. These classes are more geared towards adults and often have more one - on- one support.
You might also contact the offices at both settings to see if there is someone who can offer you private lessons. This, to me, might be your best option, as you can then go at your own pace.
You might also find lists of tutors in your local paper or even by contacting the local high school.
