My OB referred me to a high risk specialist for this. I had two healthy pregnancies and then 3 miscarriages. The high risk specialist thought that the benefits out weighed the risk to the baby. I am not sure if they thought stress was the reason for the miscarriages but they kept me on my adderall until the last month in my 3rd trimester. My daughter was born two weeks early but she was perfeclty healthy and she still is at 10 months. Maybe you could ask your OB for a referral to a Specialist and you could talk to them. OB's dont usually know how the medication will effect the baby and a specialist has more knowledge of it.
