Muscle aches are not listed as one of the common side effects of Vyvanse, however, that does not necessarily mean the muscle aches are not being caused, at least in part, by the medication. It would be best to discuss this with your doctor or the pharmacist, they would have more information on the less common side effects. I can tell you that a google search of vyvanse muscle aches did bring some results of people discussing the same symptoms as you have indicated. Eileen
