Typically, doctors won't test for ADHD or put kids on meds until they are 5 years old anyway.  I knew my nephew had it when he was 2 as well.  He was kicked out of every day care in town.  It was an awful road, but once he was old enough, he was diagnosed and put on meds.  He's much better now, but still not perfect.  He still has trouble in school, and it's a constant struggle on my sister to deal with his issues.  There's just not enough help or information or knowledge out there about ADHD.  There are not enough advocates!
