19 months old

I think my son may have adhd. One minute he will be playing then the next he will be chucking stuff around. He hardle sleep of a night time. He wake up about 3-4 times. The health visitor told me to keep him awake longer but that is not working. He is awake at 5 every day, i am so warn out. Please...
