Q: My 10 years old son became pale and unconcious when he got hurt while playing what could be the reason

I can tell you that any time a child becomes unconscious, you should immediately seek medical help. I would strongly suggest you contact your doctor and let him know what happened. He will tell you whether additional medical care is needed.
