Perhaps you're not getting the proper treatment for your ADHD. Have you seen a counselor or therapist? Were you ever prescribed medications? Go back to the person who diagnosed you and ask for more help! The proper medications can be extrememly helpful in learning when ADHD is in the picture; it can help you to concentrate and be less distracted.

Go to support groups, read, and read some more. Reach out and get the help you need!
