what is a good way to remind my daughter to take her meds--she is 18 in number only and forgets

My daughter is 18 and forgets daily to take her meds and she really needs them even though she is out of school looking for a job.  She seems as if she doesn't even wants to take them.  Why I'm not sure and when I ask her she says she doesn't knw though she knows they help her.  Any…
