Hi Mrs. California,   To add to Eileen's excellent response, I would ask the following- what is different in your life now compared to when you were in school? Are you in a job setting that is not ADD "friendly?" Are you now married with children and juggling more responsibilities?   I agree with Eileen- people with ADHD typically fare much better when their days are highly structured; when they know what is expected of them and when they are highly invested in the activities they are pursuing.   I would suggest that you consult with a therapist who is ADD "savvy" to explore more of why you are struggling so much.   Hope this helps!   Terry
