Thanks for your question and welcome to ADHDCentral.com.   How wonderful for you, a new and exciting relationship in your life! This can be scary, especially if you are already prone to anxiety. (More info: Anxiety in Relationships) I think everyone goes into hyperdrive when a new relationship starts, especially when you think it may last and be "the one." This high emotional state can be difficult to handle and fears often send people packing (hence, committment phobias). Hang in there and see where it takes you. Take it slow if you need to and leave some time to yourself to relax, unwind and cope with the intense emotions.   As far as natural remedies, I am giving you a link to a page that explores the many different options.
