HELP for a new employee that I am training who has ADHD.

ASAP. Help for a new employee that I am training.No one seems to want to help her. One big issue is she contienualy schracting,digging,touching her nose,mouth and eyes. We work in a CANCER CENTER drawing blood. I am doing my best to teach her that this is not acceptalbe. I have come right out and told her to try and control the urge to do these things. How can I help her? I am just a TECH. and really want to help her. No one else wants to be around her.
