Thank you for your question and welcome to ADHDCentral.com.

I am not a medical professional and would not be able to give you medical advice.

I would strongly sugggest that you contact a mental health professional and discuss how you are feeling. You do not mention whether you are currently under the care of a doctor or whether you are on medication. Although bipolar disorder can be very difficult, there are many medications available to help manage the depression that comes along with it.

If you are having suicidal thoughts, you can contact a suicide prevention hotline to talk.

1-800-273-TALK / 1-800-273-8255

or

1-800-SUICIDE / 1-800-784-2433

You should not need to feel like this, there is help available.

BipolarConnect.com has additional information on coping with symptoms of bipolar disorder

Please let me know how you are doing.

Hi Teri

Just wanted to reach out to you and see how you are doing.  I am wondering if you have a therapist?  A good therapist can make all the difference in helping you with the challenges of Bipolar Disorder.

Wanted to invite you to My Depression Connection.  We have a strong community there much like Bipolar Connect.  And too...you might want to come over to Anxiety Connection.  You can find both Eileen and myself over there as well.

Nobody can walk in your shoes...sounds like you are dealing with so much.  I just wanted to tell you that I suffer from anxiety and depression and I do understand how these things can totally disrupt every aspect of your life.  But there is hope.

Please hang in there and let us know how you are doing.
