Thank you for your question and welcome to ADHDCentral.com   Depending on your grandson's diagnosis and his problems in school, he may or may not be eligible for special accommodations at school. Children needing special help at school normally have an Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) or Section 504. Your grandson's mother would be able to provide you with additional information on what evaluations have been completed and whether your grandson is eligible for special services.   For more information   Section 504 for Children with ADHD   How IDEA Applies to Children with ADHD   I am not a medical professional and would not be able to determine if your grandson has Tourette syndrome.
