Where is a good place online to get information about self discipline for Adults with ADHD? Many sites spit out a ton of info for kids and most of that is for parents! How can I learn about what an adult can do on his own or with a friend with whom he/she is in a relationship?

First and formost the person has to want the help. I am dyslexic and have 4 ADHD children. I have not been diagnosed as ADHD by a doctor but all my children have different sperm doners and since it has been discovered that DYSLEXIA AND ADHD are genetic and linked. (found out on a dyslexia website. with .org.) Any how since I am psoitive that i have ADHD i have found a way to help my runaway mind. The program I used is called ATTACKING ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION by lucinda basset. It is worth every penny. and there is even a payment plan. I have had the program for going on 3 years now and have used it for a reference and went threw the program again. It has helped me and when I feel myself slipping again I pull it out and go through all of the excercises again.
