I have a 16 year old brother who has ADHD and is doing really bad at school we have tried evrything from thearapists to mediction to having a shadow teacher.... nothing is working what can we do.... he hates studying.....

I am sorry your brother is having such a difficult time. Has your brother been tested for possible learning disabilities? There is a high incident rate between ADHD and learning disabilities and this may be a reason your brother dislikes school so much.

However, it is always important to be sure you have an accurate diagnosis, especially if you are finding that treatment is not working. You may want to suggest your brother have a complete evaluation to make sure you are working with an accurate diagnosis.
