Thank you for your question and welcome to ADHDCentral.com.   I am sorry your brother is having such a difficult time. Has your brother been tested for possible learning disabilities? There is a high incident rate between ADHD and learning disabilities and this may be a reason your brother dislikes school so much.   I am not a medical professional and would not be able to give you medical advice. However, it is always important to be sure you have an accurate diagnosis, especially if you are finding that treatment is not working.
