I have a friend who sends impulsive emails. I need something to top this. something like a "do you really wnat to send this"

I am not aware of any programs that will give ou a pop up box to make you click again before the email is sent, but what a great idea that would be. I am sure many people other than your friend would benefit from such a program.
Please let me know if you find anything like this.
In the meantime, you may want to talk to your friend about cognitive-behavioral therapy where her or she could work on stop and think before acting.

Does Your Child Have ADHD?
Teachers tell you your child is easily distracted. Does your child fit the criteria?
