I am concerned with my 11 year old son's treatment progeam

My 11 year old son has ADHD with bipolar disorder and is on 15mg Focalin and 0.5 Respedal in the morning, at 3pm he gets another 5mg of focalin, at bed time he was getting 50 mg of Seriquil.  He was still up at night eating foods with sugar or pure sugar. They uped his dosage of Seriquil to 75mg. I have reservations about this high dosage and am concerned about his little body having all these medications in it. Will this hurt him? Is there something that would benifit him better than this combination. We see the Doctor in a few weeks and I have many questions to ask and could throw some suggestions I get from this into a few more questions for her. Thank you for your help.
