I am not sure what type of resources you are looking for. This site offers a wealth of information on dealing with ADHD, both practical information and medical information.

Please let me know more about what you are looking for and I will try to help.

Hi - My name is Fran.  Are you looking for certain type of resources.  There are a tremendous amount of information out there.  CHADD (Children and Adults with Attention Deficit Disorder) is also a good one.  You should look on the internet, maybe in google, and write that you are interested in resources for adults.  You can learn alot from these sites.  I know I did.  Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!
