Thanks so much for this wonderful question. I hope that some of the members here answer this. It would be great to hear the many different responses.
But as far as what inspires me, so many things in life, my children and husband are probably at the top of the list but rainbows are pretty high up there as well. As far as being inspired to continue to write, to be involved with this site (as well as anxietyconnection.com and friendsofquinn.com) is the hope that I will somehow be able to make someone's life a little better by sharing information.

This is a great question Katherine
I am inspired by the stories of other people who have dealt with life long challenges. When I was a kid I read a lot of autobiographies. I really loved reading about kids who overcame odds...like Helen Keller. I read a lot about kids with special needs and then grew up wanting to help...so I became a teacher. Now I teach my own son who has autism. He inspires me everyday...because no matter what he is going through...he still finds joy.
I am inspired by the fact that I am small in the world. But as small as we all are...we can still make a difference. And you have made a difference...by asking this question.
Thank you for getting me to ponder things this morning.
