First of all let me say that I have ADD and dyslexia so I have been through a lot myself and I have been through a lot of theorpy as well, which has really helped me.I would try to spend a lot of time with your daughter and talk with her about her life; talk about whats bothering her.  It sounds like she doesn't think that you really care.  I think that boarding school is not the answer yet anyways.  If spending time with your daughter doesn't work, then maybe the both of you can go to a theorpist together. It sounds like your daughter is scared of something. I know that we are in tough times, but maybe take her out shopping, take her out to dinner or even the movies.  If she wants to, let her have her friends come over to your house. Also don't forget that teenage years are very hard for everybody and everybody reacts differently to them.
