labels of all kinds are hard to change.the past is always a part of you that can be modified to only new faces. frank zappa is different and wierd in a good way andy dick in a less dynamic way work on the things you feel make you more like dick then zappa.fit in with yourself and the need for change will evaporate Reply

You are and were never stamped as different and weired; you are only stamped that way if you think you are.  There are much worse things than having ADHD. For example; you could have aids.  I my self have it; I am 26 years old and not only have ADHD, but have dysxlexia as well.  I also have a syndrome called VCFS which is apparently responsible for my dyslexia and ADHD.  VCFS stands for Velo Facial Cardo Syndrome, I am not going to explain the whole thing because I have just written a book that will be published April 6, but I will tell you that it is the second most common syndrome after Downs Syndrome and nobody has ever herd of it before.  But I know exactly what you are going through; and I know that you probably had a harder time than everybody else in school because your mind was and is always thinking.  It thinks about everything else except for the one thing that it needs to be focused on.  Well I have some good news for you and eveybody else like us out there. I have a website that is going to be launching this Friday on Halloween night, and it is going to be called www.friendsofquinn.com.  It is going to be a social networking utility groupe for young adults who have dyslexi and ADHD.  You will be able to talke to celberities who have it and there will be in the future doctors and theorpists.  It will talk about the history of dyslexia and ADHD and famouse people in the past who have had such as my favortie Albert Einstein.  He did not have ADHD but he did have dyslexia.  A lot of people are not aware that a lot of the worlds history was shaped developed by people like us.  Another one of my favorites was a man who lived before Christ and had Epelepcy, sorry for the spelling.  He ruled the Holly Roman Empire for awhile, he was Julis Ceaser.  He was apparently one of the most brilianlt persons who had ever lived.  I to was epeleptic when I was a child.  I hope this helps you out, and good luck to you.
