I think I might have ADHD, I have trouble in every aspect of my life. How do i know it's ADHD?

I am a 20 year old female and it seems that i have numerous symptoms of ADHD, i've done research and told my doctor about everything i'm feeling but he just doesnt seem to want to listen. He says i have depression with i already know but i have such a hard time remembering things, concentrating…
