Hi Leanne,

 

Since I am not a physician, I cannot give medical advice. However, I can tell you that many people taking Adderall for their ADHD are also taking other medications for depression, anxiety, etc as these co-morbidities are often seen with ADHD.  Lexapro is commonly prescribed for anxiety and/or depression and it is not at all uncommon to see people taking Adderall or another stimulant along with Lexapro.

 

However, it's imperative that you discuss your concerns and questions with your physician.
