What do you do when you have a ADHD, bipolar, ADD, 18 year old living in your house since she was 3

yrs. old, and a husband that wants her to be almost perfect, and it's worst now since he has been dignoised with cancer, which makes him flustrated at almost everything she does? I just seem to be in the middle of all this arguing and yelling all the time. What can I do to escape this sometimes?…
