Each person that has ADHD may have difficulty with different symptoms. While one person may have a problem with impulsiveness or hyperactivity, another may have more difficulty with inattention or forgetfulness. Therefore, it is difficult to answer your question without understanding more about your boss' behaviors, especially those you may have a hard time with.
I have provided you with some links on ADHD in the workplace. Although these were written for the person with ADHD, some of the information may help you:
10 Coping Mechanisms for Thriving With Adult ADHD
How ADHD Symptoms Manifest in Adults
Workplace Accommodations for Adults with ADHD
I hope this information helps.

HI there! My Boss to! So I feel your pain. The other funny this is I have ADHD to so I know what it's like. I feel like they are out of control. What I do is I keep my distance and avoid any conversations unless it's good and I have all the details. Try to make sure you write every single thing down in detail and times and phone numbers. I don't know what kind of work you do but I work at an office job. It can be very difficult. Good luck and feel free to ask any more questions.

Jimmy,
Thanks for asking this question, I was recently employed by someone who has ADD. I've only been working a week and he informed of it the very first day I started. I don't have any prior understanding of ADD but he told me he has a rare case where he is highly intelligent yet his ADD borders on retardation. I'm not fully understanding what that means. However, he is grossly disorganized (which he has admitted to) but I am starting to notice other things after reading some info on ADD. This position has the potential to be very lucrative for me however only if it gets to a certain level. I am concerned will the company ever get to that level. I am writing because I want to how I should handle working with a boss with ADD.
