Q: I take 70 mg of vyanase in the morning -- started about one month ago -- it worked great for the fir

first week -- I also to 20 mg of adderall toward the end of the day -- because the vyanse lasted only about six hours -- but now the overall effects of both drugs are only about 20% effective -- and seems like it's diminishing were on a daily basis -- when I first started taking them -- I felt completely calm and normal for the first time in my life -- why is the fectivity of the drug wearing off -- and is there anything I can do about it -- I'm absolutely desperate for some answers and would appreciate any input from anybody who is experienced the same thing -- Eddie

However, medications effect people differently because each person metabolizes the medication differently. It may be that you need to adjust eating habits, the medication may have increased your metabolism, and, although you may not feel hungry, you may still need to eat.

 

It is important to keep a diary of how you are feeling each day to share with your doctor. This way, you and the doctor can discuss how the medication is working and whether an adjustment is necessary.

 

Sometimes, it is a matter of trial and error to find the correct medication and the correct dosage to work for you.

 

Keeping communication open with your doctor during this period is extremely important.
