I have a 3 year old son who is a bit hyperactive...does this mean that he could have ADHD or ADD??

My 3 year old son has been getting into a lot of trouble at his school and i do not know what is going on with him. I know that I have taken him to many doctor's visits and one of them has actually told me that he was a bit hyperactive, but I am not sure as to what that means. Does that mean he…
