Q: I no longer respond to Adderall or Klonopin since starting Geodon

I used to be prescibed Adderall for my ADHD and Klonopin for my panic disorder. They were both stopped and I was started on Geodon, which helped with my panic attacks. I was stopped on the Geodon and I had no panic attacks, unlike the past when it was stopped. Now I'm back on Adderall and Klonopin after stopping the Geodon two weeks ago and I'm not responding anymore. Will I ever respond to the Adderall or Klonopin again, and if so, how long will it take.

Thank you for your question and welcome to ADHDCentral.com.

I am not a medical professional and would not be able to give you medical advice.

Because everyone reacts differently to medications, it would be impossible to say what medication would be best for you. I would suggest talking with your doctor and let him or her know what you are experiencing.

I am glad that you are no longer experiencing panic attacks.
