Q: Totally Lost- Almost 15 yr. old son diagnosed O.D.D. over 5 yrs ago spiraling out of control- need suggestions, treatment facilities, and financial help recommendations. (in Arizona)
Just not sure what to do any longer. Want to give him the tools that he needs to succeed in life and am not able to provide it in our home environment. He knows how to work angles on everyone who tries to help. Need professional help/live in program for treatment. Have not found any competent medical help as of this point. ALL suggestions will be looked into and ANY help is more appreciated than you could ever imagine. Thank You in advance!!!

I am sorry you are having such a difficult time. I know how frustrating it can be to search for help and not be able to find any.
You may want to contact a Tough Love Support Group in your area. I know that most people think Tough Love is simply kicking a child out of your home, but that is not really what it is all about. Tough Love programs can teach parents to set boundaries and stick to them. You can find out more: Tough Love
