Q: i need t find a dr. that accepts sliding scale fees for a.d.d meds

I would not be able to tell you which doctors in the country work on a sliding scale. You might be able to contact your local health department and ask if they are aware of any doctors in your area.
If you are not able to afford medication, most of the major pharmaceutical companies offer programs. You can find out more: Free or Low Cost Medications.
