I'm a coach of a kid who has Adhd and need to know how to deal with him in practice.

I coach a pretty high level team. i have found out (not thru his parents) that the kid has AdHd.. I've already punished the team for some of his actions, without me knowing that he is Adhd.. Just trying t get some advice as how to handle this kid in this situation..
