if you don't mix, it'd be best.   i wouldn't say it's safe to do this, it can seriously dehydrate you and may require you to feel as if you need to consume more alcohol in order to achieve the same effects you'd normally get from alcohol without being on medication.   i'd stick with the adderall and trying not to drink, unless it's very moderate, but i can assure you, it's not healthy for your heart for you to mix stimulants like adderall with depressants such as alcohol. hope this was helpful, and this is the best answer i have because i know someone who has combined both for quite awhile and have seen them ruin themselves quicker than they normally would have, unfortunately.
