What can doctors do for patients who travel several months at a time overseas but need meds?

I recently got work that requires me to travel overseas several months at a time. I take ritalin, which can only be prescribed one month at a time. This leaves me in a bad spot because, to do my job well, I must take medicine. Do any of you know how much medicine doctors can prescribe in one...
